Common questions
Which deal should I pick?
Per call is simplest and what most desks start on — $5 only when a call actually bridges past 30 seconds. Percent of net wins once your average call price is under ~$250. Flat desk is for operators who want a fixed line item. You can switch any month; every invoice snapshots the terms it was issued under.
What counts as a billable call?
A call that bridged to your agent and lasted at least 30 seconds. Missed, dead-air, duplicate and sub-30s calls are never billable. A refunded call still counts — the call was delivered — the same rule every marketplace uses.
When is the fee charged?
On the 1st, in arrears, for the prior month. You see the running number on Billing at any time and pay through Whop. Unpaid invoices get a 7-day grace before routing pauses.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No and no. Month to month. Founding cohort keeps their rate for 12 months from workspace creation — it's written into your workspace record.
Do agents pay you or me?
You. Wallets run on your Whop account. We never touch the money — the ledger just keeps it honest.
Can I migrate from BESO without downtime?
Add our ping URL as a second, lower-priority target in your ring tree. We bid on everything, win what they miss, and you compare ledgers before you swap priorities.
