What we believe
- The rule should fit on the line. $X / Ns. If you need a paragraph to explain when a call bills, the rule is wrong.
- Online should mean reachable. Presence comes from the carrier or it doesn't count.
- Isolation is the database's job. Not a WHERE clause someone remembers.
- Migration should be boring. Shadow it, diff it, flip it per line.
- The software shouldn't take a toll on every call. Pick the fee model that matches your margin.
How we work
Small team, our own product in production every day, a shared Slack with founding tenants. We ship fixes the day we find them because we're the ones who find them. We don't publish customer names or numbers we can't stand behind, and we don't hold certifications we haven't earned — ask and we'll tell you where we are.
